Need help in locating an obituary for a cousin that died Sept. 5th or 6th, 2004 in Utica or Madison Heights, Mi.

But haven't been able to access the website to get the full obituary. Would greatly appreciate anyone doing a lookup for this or at least tell me who to contact for a copy..Email copy would be great. Thank you.
