I found your Query, I did some searching for Gladys, but need to know if you located her husband in any of the Census for 1920 and 1930.
Do you have a birth year for Emory and place of birth, also, what is Emory's middle name or initial if you happen to know .
I did find a Emory E. Uhl born 1895 in Ohio, in the 1930 census in Illinois, cook county, living in the Salvation Army Working Mens Hotel, states he is married.
Also found the same person living in Indiana in 1920, states married, Lodger, but wife is not mentioned.
Will keep looking, let me know if this is Emory Uhl, if it is the person who married Gladys Rymal,, then hopefully I am on the right track.
