I, too, have many ancestors in this cemetery. Do you know if anyone has any kind of information beyond the last names?

Many of these people are descended from the Fille du Roi, Fille a Marier, and the Carignan Regiment that settled Canada. I am trying to put together a list of the French-Canadians who settled in the Monroe area so others can trace their lineage back to these brave men and woman. Right now I only have my own genealogical list to work from.

I would be glad to guide people to the web sites publishing the Fille du Roi, etc. lists if that will help.
