As a hobby I rescued old photos that have identification on them. I have a wallet size photo of a man, taken early 1900s. On the back is written Mr.(Mrs.) A.J. Comden. Entrican P.O. Montcalm Co. State, Mich. It was written with a fountain pen so I'm not sure if it was Mr. or Mrs.

A brief look shows an A.J. Comden born to Samuel & Gertrude Comden. In 1924 he married Ingrid Hill in Albion, MI. A.J.'s parents married in neighboring Pine Twp.
