June Belinda Travis did indeed die in Ogemaw County on January 25, 1993. She was born April 25, 1914 to William Rose & Ida M. Meisel. Buried in White Chapel, Troy, Michigan. I checked local newspapers from January 1 to March 4 of that year and there was no obituary published for her locally.
