Does anyone have any information about Clarence (not his birth name) Kowalewski?

He was born 11/30/02 and died 07/17/82. His father is Julius Kowalewski who died 3/2/32 in Milwaukee WI. Clarence had a brother Joseph (possibly a sister Frances as well), and their mother was Bronislawa (Lottie).

Julius re-married Victoria, and had several kids: Lucille, Francis, Bernice, Irene, Edward, Ben, Abner. These would have been Joseph, Clarence, and Francis' step brothers/sisters.

Any information about Clarence in particular would be helpful. Also about when Julius came to America would be helpful.
