Does any one know this ADAMS family?
All were born in England and seem to have immigrated to Canada (possibly as a family) where part of the family stayed and others went to Michigan in the Detroit and Port Huron areas.

Martha, Arthur, James and Elizabeth all seem to have come to Michigan around 1855.
There is a John Adams, b. 1860 in England, living with Arthur in the 1870 Census. His occupation is a gardener and I question his age if he wasn’t in school.
My sources are US Census for Michigan and Ohio for the years 1860, 1870, 1880, 1900, 1910 and 1920, Estate papers for Martha Duke, marriage license for James and Helena Powers, and information from Kevin Keely (family of Frank Samuel Powers). My connection is through James and Helena.
