John, it sure looks close except for the Lewis Frow. My information comes from LDS records on microfiche.

Christian Barthold Froh married 9 Oct 1794 in Gammelin, Mecklenburg Schwerin, to Friedericka Elisabeth Maria Dorthea Baalhorn. They had at least one probably more children.

Johann Friedrich Christian Froh, born 21 Feb 1799 Praesek, Mecklenburg Schwerin, Christened 22 Feb 1799 Gammelin Mecklenburg Schwerin. He married Catharina Elisabeth Scheefe 25 Oct 1822 in Gammelin. Their children were:

All were born in Praesek, and Christened in Gammekin, the closest church. The area is about 50 miles east of Hamburg.

Christian and Elisabeth and two daughters"Marie", and "Doris" left Hamburg on Donau in October 1856, arriving in NY 15 November 1856. On the ship were Christian Schomann and Anna Maria Sophia Catharina Dorthea Froh Schouman (Sophie) The Marie Froh was 26 (Anna Maria Sophia) and Doris was 24 (Maria Dorthea Anna) I think. They settled in the St Clair/Macomb County area. Christian and Sophie are buried in Lenox. What do you think? Bill Kerry
