David Edward WOLFFRADT, 60, of Three Rivers, formerly of Detroit, passed away on Friday, Aug. 28, 2009 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. He was born in Detroit on Feb. 27, 1949 the son of Robert Herman and Mary Magdalene (MORGAN) WOLFFRADT.

David moved to Three Rivers in 1980 where he was employed by General Motors and later at American Axle in the Press Department. He was a former member of the Three Rivers Eagles #2303 and loved to play golf and visit casinos when he was able. His great loves were his grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as all of his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving family, long time companion, Alana WOLFFRADT of Constantine and her children, Virgil (Chris) DUNHAM of Constantine and Dawn (Robert) KAPLANSKY of Three Rivers; one brother, Mark (Marilyn) WOLFFRADT of Dearborn; two sisters, Shirley (Mark) BLANCHET of Dearborn Heights and Carol (John) DWYER, of Novi; several nieces and nephews, and nine step-grandchildren and 11 step- great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3 at Hohner Funeral Home, 1004 Arnold St., Three Rivers with Deacon Bart Connelly as celebrant.

Interment of cremains will be held in Detroit at a later date.

Memorials may be donated to the family of David WOLFFRADT c/o Shirley BLANCHET or Alcoholics Anonymous of Centreville.
