Myrtle E. BABLE, 82, 105 S. Clay St., Sturgis, died Sunday in Sturgis Hospital, where she had been a patient since Thursday. She had been in failing health for several years.
She was born Feb. 21, 1898 in Decatur Township, Pa., a daughter of James and Margaret KEITH. She married William F. BABLE Jan. 1, 1933 in New Castle, Pa. He died in 1973.
She had been employed by the Northside Hospital of Youngstown, Ohio.
Mrs. BABLE had been a resident of Sturgis the past three and one-half years, coming from Youngstown.
Surviving are Ernest and Ardith Mae GAGYE of Sturgis, with whom she had made her home for the past several years; Ernest John and Anna GAGYE; Daniel and Kathy GAGYE and Zeno and Ardythe FOLEY; and David, Kevin and Markham KEITH, all of Sturgis.
There will be no visitation in Sturgis. Services will be in 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Youngstown, with pastor Pearl Margiotti officiating.
Arrangements were completed by the Rosenberg-Schipper Funeral Home in Sturgis.
