The Edison Institute, corporate home of Greenfield Village and the Henry Ford museum, also has extensive information on Ford's genealogy. If you call them, ask to speak with someone in their Library/Archives Deparment, they will then make an appointment for you to come down to do research, if they cannot answer you immediate questions.

From what I recall (I used to work for the Edison Institute, years ago) Ford's parents emmigrated from Ireland - maybe county Cork?
