I am looking for relatives of Charlie F. Burns. He had a brother by the birth name of James Joseph Burns (born June 17, 1933 and died Nov. 15, 1980). He was adopted by Wendell and Margaret Schwab around 1938 or 1939 in Michigan and given the name James Wendell Schwab. My husband doesn't know much about his dad's birth family and would like to know more.
