1860 census for Dearborn Township shows an Andrew Walker, born in New York with wife Mary and two children: Mary and Robert. Census shows that he is a farmer and has real estate worth $800.00 but I cannot find him on the 1876 index to Wayne County landowners (excluding Detroit) that was published by the Downriver Genealogical Society (DGS).
There are some Walkers listed on the DGS's website buried at Woodmere. You might want to try contacting the cemetery.
