For $11.50 the Wayne County Clerk looks at the index that covers 1937 to present day for marriages that were recorded in Wayne County. It appears that they will give you an uncertified copy if they find a record. I only used the service once and there was no record for my people. I only had information on the bride for her parents and a three year span for when the marriage might have taken place.

I checked the Oakland County online index and nothing.
