I am in the Uk and looking for links to a Robert Carr, pioneer of Amaranth, Canada. He may be related to my great grandfather Richard Carr but I haven't found anything about his life before he arrived in Canada. My relatives came mostly from Lancashire or West Yorkshire but there is evidence of connections to Liverpool. There are a few references online to Robert Carr and his family in Amaranth until about 1915 but I am trying to find out where he came from? You have a Robert Carr sitting all alone in your tree and I thought I would just take a chance and contact you in case he is "one of mine".
