His father was Robert Nelson LOSEY b 1841 in Quebec, Canada, immigrated to St Lawrence Co NY abt 1866 and mother was Francis ("Fannie") E. PLONTY (PLANTY), born 1850 in St Lawrence Co NY, married 1868. They moved to Fillmore Co MN about 1871.
