I am looking for biographical information regarding my Grandfather, Ole Pederson, who owned a hardware store in Kenyon, Goodhue, MN. He died accidentally while attempting a repair to the towns water system in 1928. There is a
picture and brief description of the event in the publication "I Give You Kenyon" by Harold Severson. I am wondering whether there may be additional information in the publication which you referred to on Roots Web. Ole's
father was Peder J. Urnaes (or Urness, Urnes aka Peter J. Pederson) an Norwegian immigrant who came to Wannamingo in 1871 and later farmed in Cherry Grove. Ole had a brother named Jens, who also farmed in Cherry Grove. I would like to know if Rasmussen covered this time period in his
essay and if so mentioned any of the above names.
