And the Edward Bembo we found in Racine, Wisconsin IS my Edward...I ordered Ed. and Catherine's marriage certificate from Minnesota Official Marriage System, and it say he is of Racine.

I, too, went on a roots trip; in 2002, I journed to Lac Qui Parle Co., in western part of the state, to get a feel for where my grandmother's family had lived. I live in Washington, D.C. suburbs, so this was really different and new for me.
