It was in 1860 that my Gr.Grandparents Berry Marcus BLACK &
Elizabeth Martha HANNAH were married, and moved to Attala
Co. from Winston Co. They settled outside of McCool and
there they raised their children: George Terrell, Martha
Eugenia, William Berry, Andrew G., Belah Emmett, Otis Energy, Robert Milton, Marcus Dewitt, & Emery Hannah BLACK.
It seems that in addition to this family there were many others with the same surname (BLACK). Can't help but think
that we are all connected somewhere. Do you know? Anyway
I would be delighted to hear from others researching the
