Mary Rundell was the daughter of Seth Rundell and Elizabeth Lobdell. My husband is a descendent of Seth Rundell. Seth received a spanish land grant in the late 1780s. His probate records can be found at Port Gibson. It lists his children and their spouses, let me know if you need that information.
