Looking for information on Russell Hancock and his wife, Katie Gwynn, who lived on Oakhurst Plantation near Clarksdale, MS. Also, can anyone tell me if Oakhurst is still standing? Russell and Katie had four children, Winfield, Gwynn, Ada, and another girl who was named either Almira or Myra. I know what happened to the boys, but I need info on the girls. Ada apparently was married to an Alfred Dorr at Oakhurst, but I don't know where they lived after marriage. Almira/Myra I have no info about. Any help would be appreciated!
