Elvinton H. Parker and Thomasine? Parker prior to Civil War.
Their Son, James Edward Parker (my g-g-grandfather)was born 1844 and was part of 48th Regt, Miss. Inf., Co. D.
James Edward was at Appomatox and settled in Va. after the war. Family history says that the Parker Farm was in area of Grenada Lake before the TVA Project around Grayport.
Would anyone have info on Elvinton, Thomasine or Alex (James' brother) or Graysport?
