Have the graves of Issaquena county been recorded, and published?

I am trying to find out if there is a grave for Col. D.W.C. Bonham who died in KY in 1861 in a Confederate army camp. He had a large plantation at Tennessee Landing. According to a letter by a fellow soldier, his body was shipped home for burial.

Would appreciate a look-up if there is a publication of graves in the county.
