He is your great grandmother's brother! So let's see how far removed we are... I guess Myrtle is my great-great Aunt. Maybe we're great-great grand cousins ??

I don't know who Jeremiah M. Coggins and Temperance Ann Hopkins parents were. Have you found this out yet? Any idea where their parents came from? It sounds like the Coggins line has been in America since early 1800s. I would love to know any more information past that.
