Hi,
My name is Naomi Louise Woodward-Mitchell. I currently live in Montgomery AL. I was born in McHenry MS. My great grandfather was Rev. Jerry Woodward of McHenry, MS. His wife was Annie McCall (I think McCall was the last name). Some of Jerry and Annie's children were: George Willie Leslie, Freddie, Luther, Ida, Val Cora, Kernie, Amos, Ethel Lee and there were others but I don't know all the names. My father, Eddie Joseph, was the son of Kernie and Rudean-they had 5 children. My father had a brother named Ernest and a sister named Miriam and 2 other siblings that died at birth. There were 2 sets of twins (my dad was a twin. My father was a Baptist preacher like Jerry. He married Gertie Gilner of Perkinston, MS. They had 11 children of which I am the oldest; the others are Larry who lives in Perkinston, Arthur, Wanda (Biloxi), Sonji and Tonji (twin girls who live in Montgomery, AL); Sandra and Carolyn who live in Los Angeles- Jacqueline died in 2007 at age of 43 of cancer; Linda died in 2005 at age of 53 of a heart attack; Eric died in 1994 at age of 20.

I know that Leslie, Freddie, Ida and Val Cora had no children. Luther married "Money" (nickname-I don't know her given name) Hendricks from the Gulf Coast area in MS and they moved to Picayune, MS. They had 5 children, Thaddeus, Luther, Jr. & Ethel Lee live in Dallas, TX; Helen lives in Picayune; Laverne, the youngest, lived in Tacoma WA with her husband and died of cancer several years ago; Ethel Lee had 3 children, Berniece 1 other girl and a son and I cannot remember their names.
