Seeking info about the James Allen MORGAN who married Charlotte Adeline BRADY on Dec. 5, 1882, in Newton County, MS. Charlotte (Lottie) was the daughter of George Washington BRADY and Mary Naomi BRADY. James and Charlotte had four children: Mary Sally (b. Mar. 18, 1883;d. June 25, 1937, McLaurin, Forrest, MS), Charles H. (b.1885), Isaac Ransom (b. April 20, 1887, Jasper(?), MS;d.May 6, 1977, Hattiesburg, Forrest, MS), and John Hubert (b.Sept.16, 1890;d.July 19, 1935). According to family history, Mr. Morgan "went out to feed the pigs and never came back," probably sometime in late 1889.
JM Rich co-signed with James Allen on his marriage bond in March 1882. I believe this was James Madison Rich son of Stephen N. Rich and Emmeline Walley Rich. His co-signing probably means there is a rerlationship between the two men by blood or marriage. Have not found that link yet.
