The book is also located in the Meridian Public Library in their Mississippi room. You cannot check it out, however you can make photocopies. Even if your family is not mentioned, the book has many pictorial references to the way of life in Kemper County in its early days. I found it quite fascinating and made many copies of various pictures I found of interest (ie downtown Kemper, a jail, stores in Dekalb, etc).
