Checked the 1900 Jasper Co Ms census and there is a Thomas L Massey in the household of Levi Massey. The info above states he married in Ovett, Jones County, Ms. You should be able to order the marriage record from the Jones County Circuit Clerk's office.

Ella Young's parents may be Simon W and Margaret A Young on the 1900 Jones County, Ms, census. The age fits.
