Looking for any information concerning William A. PARTRIDGE and his wife Martha. Last known location was beat #1 of Lauderdale County, MS during the 1880 census. William A. was born in GA @1812. He moved his family to MS @1852 (probably Lauderdale or Neshoba County). the following are known children of William A. Partridge: William D. (b 1834 in GA d. in Alton Prison camp during CW in 1863); Lindsey P. (b.1836 died during CW in TN in 1862); Matthew M. (b 1838 in GA D. 1894 in Neshoba Co); JH (aka: Jesse Henry, Henry, John Henry; b1844 in GA, d. in Neshoba Co); "Doc" Frank (b 1845 in GA d?); Thomas L. (b 1847 in GA d. 1864 in CW at Cold Harbor); Isaac N. (b 1851 in GA d?); Wiley F. (b 1853 in MS d?); Mary E. (b.1857 in MS d?); Sarah (b 1859 in MS d?); Andrew J. (b1861 in MS d?); Martha S. (b1865 in MS d?); and Safronia J (b1870 in MS d?) William A. and Martha lived for many years in the Herbert Area of Neshoba County (the very southeastern part of Neshoba County) and some of his desc's still own property there. In 1880 census of Lauderdale County William A. and Martha are enummerated in Beat #1 with their children: Sarah, Andrew J., Safronia J., and Martha S. Also living with them: daughter in law named Nicie and her children: Dora, Francis, and Morgan. I am looking for William and Martha's graves and information concerning their parents and where they came from in GA. Thanks
