They married 7 Nov 1895. Shadrack Jones Evans b Jan. 9, 1874 Hancock Co., MS was the son of Thomas Evans and Emma Lee Carlisle b Dec 1874 was the daughter of Edward Carlisle. In the 1900 census Emma was living with parents in Lawrence Co. MS with daughters Delana and Edna.

In 1910 living with husband S J Evans in Lincoln Co., MS with children: Dillie, Edna, Jack and Indez.

In 1920 the family had moved to Citrus Co., FL. Children listed were:
Jack, Inez, Shadrack and Wallace Arnold.

There was a Miss Dillie Evans buried: Old Bunker Hill Ceme., Marion Co., MS
Birth: Sep. 22, 1888
Death: Jun. 10, 1928 ----Is the same child?
Can not find anything about Edna.

Shadrack Sr. and Jr. both died in Marion Co., Fl and William Arnold Evans died in 1982 Biloxi, MS but resided in Ocala until his move to the Veterans hospital in MS.
