The younger sister of Charles Yarbrough was Elizabeth A. (Betsy) Yarbrough, born about 1805. She married Alfred M. Davis on 23 September, 1825 in Franklin Co., NC. They died somewhere in Tennessee in the late 1820's, leaving two little orphan daughters, Mary and Priscilla. I do not know where in TN Elizabeth and Alfred died, but suspect it was in the general area of Henderson Co., because this was where Charles and another brother settled about that time. The information on the death of Elizabeth came from a summarized court proceedings in Franklin Co., NC where the Yarbrough's had a disagreement over an estate. I would appreciate anything you could send me on these girls and their families. I am a descendant of Charles older brother, Henry Yarbrough and Winifred Davis of Wake Co., NC. Seth Young, 929 Park Ave., Fayetteville, AR 72701.
