William Duett (married to Elizabeth Castles) of Neshoba County MS died between 1860 & January 1862, without a Will. Below is an abstract of the Probate Records -

And your petitioners further shows that said William Dewett, deceased, left ten children; to wit Margaret Mathews, wife of Coffee Mathews, Thomas W Dewett, W D Dewett, John Dewett, Irena Dewett, Nancy Dewett, Lorenzo Dewett, Martha J Dewett, Mary Ann Dewett, & J H Dewett, eight of whom are minors . . . wife Eliza . . . January 1862

Margaret & Thomas were children from Wm's first marriage. I am a descendant of Margaret Duett Mathews.
