Keith Rozendal's book shows John G. TRIBBLE with son John L. TRIBBLE. [Rozendal, Keith, compiler. _The Tribble Family II (Descendants of Peter Tribble of Essex County, Virginia)_, 1992, page. 468 and _ Addendum to the Tribble Family II_, p. 89.]
He supposedly had 4 sons and 1 dau by 1840. The 1840 Yalobusha Co census shows several males and females (presumably sons and daughter) along with John G (age between 50-60). One of the males matches in age to the John L. in Rozendal's book.
Children of John L. TRIBBLE and Rebecca Ann Holland were as follows:
i. Charles P. TRIBBLE; born 1857. (Probably Yalobusha Co., MS)
ii. Martha TRIBBLE; born 1859. (Probably Yalobusha Co., MS)
iii. Carrie A. TRIBBLE; born 1862. (Probably Yalobusha Co., MS)
iv. Jesse Lee TRIBBLE; born Jun 1864; married Helen E. Staten 27 Dec 1887 at Grenada, MS. (Probably Yalobusha Co., MS)
