I am interested in contacting persons investigating the descendants of Hillary HENDRICKS (b. NC 2 Oct 1754) who lived in Grenada, Yalobusha co., MS about the year 1840. This family, according to family history, was the first to settle in the Grenada townsite, but were talked out of this property by another settler. Hillary d. in Grenada in 1844 at age 90. Hillary's children and grandchildren, Jeremiah HEENDRICKS, Nelson HENDRICKS, John HENDRICKS, Sterling Brown HENDRICKS, Elizabeth HENDRICKS and Sarah Ann HENDRICKS also lived in the Grenada area at this time.
