Classification: Query
Surnames: Kinnie Wagner and Amelia Hoke
already joined Gov. Records. thru clink bank. have receipt, would rather leage my last name off. but, if required, will do so.
Kinnie Wagner, Was my mother's brother, and, lots of stories are written about him. saw my nephew on your site, I knew Amelia, and, Uncle Kinnie, did not have a child. I am his sister Ollie' only living child. Just buried my brother Lt. Col. Billy Walton Cunningham atArlington on June 6th.
2007. I am being contacted by several people. Book Written Magnolia Publishing Co. Glaude Gentry. who has passed, I would prefer to keep what I am typing to you confidental.
if anything on the net is ever.
Uncle Kinnie, Was listed ten most wanted on the Fbi list, and, all sorts of news papers, books, etc. were written by those who do not know the real story.
he was a 14 year old child, who adored his mother,my mpther was less than 3 at the time.
he was born in 1903, and, left home to keep from wetting bed. his father had remarried. and she had children with my grandfather also her first husband. so, unk kinnie, was not the outlaw as claimed.
there are over 1 million articles on the past whispers newspapers. He was more of a victim, when he joined circus, to help keep peace and harmony, from there, it went to a life, which killed him.
he was wanted by the fbi, surrounded by 20 police officers, who he had been running moonshine, at a very early age. for his food, he rarely drank himself. starting the first thunder road, which became stock car, then now is the nascar cicuit.
he was a very handsome young man, and, the girls loved him.
i was young.but, after shoot out, with the sheriff setting him up. all documented. he cried, and went back t va.
it is being taught in classes at universities. and, selling books, etc. everyone knows what happened. but, my mother, who was a very young 15 year old girl was on the river bank, in kingsport, Tn. saying good bye to him, she had not seen him in a long time.
the short of this, I am not trying to stop anyone from getting information.
freedom of the press. have worked at newspaper before in ca. myself. our accont is under Gov. records where I paid that day, so, do I have to join this one as well.
I have most of the information about my uncle.
and, their siblings.
no one seems to care, or ever did what they wrote which was untrue.
my whole family who are mostly deceased now.I feel would be listed, under fbi files. this started in 1929, amd unk kinnie, passed in 1958.
the looky lous and, those who are creating untrue stories.
I can not stop. but, since I paid the price, and, my mother and the family lived it. I would certainly like to keep this mad dgg killer bit, out of the records, my brother my cousin who was General at da nang, and, all memners of my family served their country bravely, and, some gave all.
so have tried to get the fbi records. they actually gave him two dogs to breed, which he did, and, gave shows at the parchman prison.
this probably is the longest request personally get on this site.
but, wanted to honor my brother, et al. and, there is no shame of what Unk kinnie did. They documented this over a ll year period. and, it is written in of claude Guns of kinnie wagner,
who passed away at pachman prison.
he was model prisoner, and died going from infirmary at the prison, to check his newest little puppy the runt of the litter.
he was a kind, gentle man, who shot back and, I am being totally unbiased when I tell you this.
confidentinally.
he cudded his puppy as he fell, to protect it while dying.
he is not a murderer, shot back, another time, anothe era. a man of his word.
he could have gotten released if he would kill a couple of men at the prison, he never shot back, unless, in degese,
he was a gentle man, I wish he had a son with amelia.
know there is a mrs. kinnie, on the site. of ask mama,
they keep throwing me into.
archives, are there, and, what would any of us do in the same situation.
the police shot my mother's hair, if he had not pushed her down on the river bank, I would not be typing this to you.
archives for all states have junk of what happened.
there were witness who told the truth, but, he was truly the first green beret, literally lived off the land, for about 7 years.
I knew him. know the story and things that are being written about him and taught in history.
at universities. he hated violence, my brother who just passed away, fought and died later from the age of barely 27.
to a col. and, he would say, get this right, we fought in ww2, korea twice and viet nam for their right to be free.
and, have their opinions, just get the facts straight.
if you are.
passing on the version of the truth of a kid who offered his eyes, his hands to never kill anyone, my uncle.
kinnie wagner,
I am proud to call him an hoonorable man.
