I am looking for any information about my Grandfather Louis Atkins. He had a
bright complecion (hi yellow). he also was stout man and could be mistaken for white. It is possible he could have had blondish hair for some time in his life. He was in the military at some point because he is buried in a military cemetary in Baton Rouge. I am told that he was from Glouster, Mississippi and had 2 sisters. I don't believe the the sisters had any children. He had a cousin in Baton Rouge, LA named Otis Banks.

Louis Atkins married Rebecca Guillory and they moved to Baton Rouge. They had 3 children Anna Belle, Louis, and Charlene. He worked as a Train Conductor till he died I think of a heart attack when my mother was 12. Any information is greatly appreciated
