Yes, he was the husband of Margaret (Peggy) Reid. She was the daughter of Absolem Reid, b. 1786, d.25 Oct 1846. I have always assumed that they were cousins -- hence both having Reid as their last names. Margaret is buried at Antioch Cemetery, as well. Most of Absolem Reid's family lived in Jasper County, MS.
