I drove to Mississippi and found her grave and William's grave. I am now looking for any information about her parents. All I have to go on is her death certificate that I received that has her mother listed as Cecil Phelps and her father is listed as S. Wheeler, who I now believe is her step father as he married her mother in 1884 when Willie Ann was 11 years old. If anyone has any more information than that, I would really love to see it.
