Around 1897 a Henry and Ed Killion were shot. This occured somewhere near Dongola, Marble Hill, Lootesville area. These people were friends of my Great Grandfather, Robert Sanford Harris. My Grandfather, before he died in 1976, recorded to cassette tape his life story as best he could remember it. He was about 7 or 8 when this occurred. His older half sister, Mary Alice was married to a Taylor ? I believe the last name is Pierce or Pearce. Taylor came along with some others to kill the family. Taylor was shot and killed that day on the family farm.

I am trying to verify this story, but cannot find any death records that match. Has anyone ever heard this story before?

Thank you,

Wade Harris
