She is listed as Frances in the 1860 census and Fanny in the 1850 census. In the 1870 census, she is listed in the household of Caleb Eaker as Fanny Taylor. No husband is listed with her, but there is a Mary Taylor age four listed in the same household. I assume that Mary is a daughter of Fanny. Mary Taylor is listed as a niece in the household of Marcus M. and Letha Jane Day in the 1880 census for Bollinger Co. I think Letha (Teletha) Jane Day was a sister to Fanny Eaker Taylor. I would like to know the name of the Taylor that Fanny married, and what happened to him. I also found that a Fanny Taylor married a William H. Dulana (DuLaney?)in Bollinger Co. on 27 Jul 1871. Also a William H. Dulany married Sarah Catherine Crites in Bollinger Co. on 19 Jan 1875. Is this the same William DuLaney?
I also found a marriage for a Mary E. Taylor to Frederick M. Francis. I have located the burial site for Frederick and Mary Ellen Francis on findagrave. Since Mary died in 1904, I have not found a death certificate for her. Is this the same Mary Taylor listed in the 1870 census in the household of Caleb Eaker?
Any information on these families would be appreciated.
