Looking for information on Francis M Rudicel, born in june of 1850 or 1851. he was the father of Stephen F Rudicil, and married a woman named Emily E (unkown last name). other children of theirs include William Alonzo, John E, Rebbecca A, and Noah B. The children were all born in either TN or KY but Francis M was born in Bollinger Missouri. Any info anyone might have would be greatly appreciated.
