The information I have came from her death certificate and a funeral book from Velma's funeral that was in her sister's possession.

My sister has since made a trip to this cemetery. There is record of her being buried there but no headstone exists. However, we came across a photo that shows some kind of grave marker that was a sunburst shaped. The picture was a double exposure but we could clearly make out her name. Would love to know more on what kind of a marker that could have been as well. Thank you for the information.
