Surnames: Bollinger, Crites, Grounds, Whitener, Hudson, Whybark, Asherbranner, Stacy, Smith
I'm starting to think this is not my Daniel after all.
This is what I have found on Daniel Bollinger
1st marriage to Barbara Crites (1765-ca.1805)
Theobolt Davault (b. 1782)
Philip (b. 1783)
John Henry (b. 1786)
David A. (b. 1790)
Mrs. Elizabeth M. Whitener (b. 1792)
Daniel Ephraim (b. 1793)
Mrs. Polly Hudson (b. 1799/1800)

After the death of Barbara Crites he is said to have married a Margaret Grounds and had the follow children;
Mrs.Sophia Whybark (b. 1808)
Joseph (b. ca.1812-1814)
Mrs. Fannie Asherbranner (b. ca. 1812-1814)
Levi (b. 1814)
Moses (b. 1818)
Mrs. Maria Stacy (b. ca. 1822-1825)
Andrew (b. 1826)
Mrs. Annie Smith (b. 1827)

It looks like the Daniel Bollinger who died in Oct of 1843 may not have been the son of Heinrich Bollinger, and older brother of Major George Frederick.

Would the older children have been included in the will as well?
