Looking for information on Daniel Bollinger, who is said to have died in October 1843 in the Whitewater District of Cape Girardeau, MO. My ancestor Philip Bollinger, Sr. (1783-1857) of Wayne County, Mo. is said to be his son. I'm trying to "officially" document this. Daniel is a older brother of Major George Frederick who led several families here in 1799.
