According to "Ozark Hills Friends & Neighbors 1829-2000" the Old Dotson Cemetery or Cherryville Graveyard was located on the Cherryville-Keysville Road and that it was probably lost in 1977. It doesn't give the reason why the cemetery was lost.
You might want to cross reference the land patents with this area to give you a closer look at just exactly where on the road it would have been located.
The Cherryville-Keysville Road is the road that runs behind the Cherryville store to Keysville.
