Dade Co. Probate Court December Term 1854
Now at this day comes R.T. Willis as adm. of the estate of Wm. Mallory dec. and satisfied the court that he had given more than four weeks notice by publishing the same in the Springfield Adverstipe, a newspaper published in the town of Springfield in this state that he would apply at this time to make his final settlement. And makes the same, and there being the sum of three hundred and fifty seven dollars and 63 cents ($357.63) on hand after paying all expences. It is ordered that the same be distributed as follows towit: To the unknown heirs of George E. Mallory deceased the sum of seventy one dollars and fifty two cents ($71.52). To John Mallory seventy one dollars and 52 cents ($71.52).
To Richard G. Clopton as Curator of James P. and Sirena E. Clopton fifty nine dollars and 60 cents ($59.60). To Wm. P. Mallory the sum of fifty nine dollars and 60 cents ($59.60). To Lucy Ann McDaniel fifty nine dollars and 60 cents ($59.60). And pay R.G. Clopton as security of Constantine Mallory dec. six dollars and 41 cents ($ 6.41). To Rufus Cates three dollars and 53 cents ($3.53) and to Wm. P. Mallory twenty five dollars and 35 cents ($25.35). The last two items are debts due by the said C. Mallory dec. to said persons.
