Sorry I didn't get back to you last week. I checked the Dade County Cemetery Inventories tonight. Didn't find your Johnathan as such. Here is what I found.
Peppenger Cemetery-Section 2 Row 19 south to North page 18 of Diggin in Dade
Nancy A. Watson b. 14 Nov 1850 d 6 July 1867 daughter of J and M. J. Watson. Peppenger is located in Marion Township, Section 8, Township 3 Range 28.
Since I didn't find much for Watson's in Dade, I went to Polk. Here I found more Watsons.
In Tombstone Inscriptions by Noble Abbott and Betty Ammeman I found J. M. Watson b. 1858 who died in 1904, Mary J. b. 1854-1931, charles 22 Apr 1975, Pearl 1892-1969, Millie 1889-1962 and Jewell 1891-1961. They are in Turkey Creek Cemetery 2 mile N of Walnut Grove in Jackson Township No. 6 on west side of Highway 123, NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 10 Township 31 Range 24. Cemetery is part of Baptist Church which was organized in 1841.
I checked all the inventories for Dade, Polk and Cedar available at the Missouri State Archives and did not specifically find Johnathan but wonder if he isn't the John I see in Polk?
This information may not be of use to you but thought I would pass it on. Good hunting.
