Thanks for the post Hugh. Yes, this likely is the same John ARTHUR. John ARTHUR married Elizabeth HYER. I am also a LENOX on my gf side, Corrie Lenox ARTHUR, JR and SR, and gm side Martha Frances BRADFORD (John Duncan BRADFORD and Margaret Ann "Sissie" LENOX). I may not be able to provide too much more, but I do have cemetery records (also available online) from Lake Spring, MO. Many of the Lenox family were buried at Lake Spring and some in private family cemeteries. Dr. Vance BRADFORD also kept records on the LENOX family and his manuscripts/works were available at University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology). Dr. Bradford also published BRADFORD HISTORY, which I have a copy. We still have cousins in large doses in Lake Spring area--I just spoke with Cousin Betty this weekend!
