My simplified pedigree chart is:
Steven Douglas Fairweather, ME,
Margie Lucille Hood, Mom,
Delphia Mae McDaniel, Grandmother,
Sarah Frances Freeman, Great-grandmother,
William Riley S. Freeman, 2G-grandfather,
Daniel Riley Freeman, 3G-grandfather,
Alabeth Ball, 4G-grandmother,
Silas Ball & Tendergrass/Pendlegraf, 5G-grandparents...
My mother gave me a hand-written family tree that she and Sarah (Great-grandmother) sat down and wrote at the kitchen table in about 1955. Like everybody else, I am looking for verifiable documentation to confirm the lineage above...all I have is my Great-grandmother's recollection.
