I found where Ella Malin [was the way she spelled her name] gave info for a delayed birth certifice in 1942 in Dunklin Co, Mo.

It was for Roy Jerome Franklin and on the birth certif. it states Roy father was GEORGE WASHINGTON FRANKLIN b/ Illinois and mother was LILLIAN MOSS b/Lake County, Tennessee. I wonder if this is true.

I am trying to find out who Roy J. Franklin father was. Roy had on daughter Shirley who married T.J. Smith first and then m/ Judge Scott. Shirley had one sone Terry Jerome Smith.
